“An 84-bed Assisted Living community in East Greenwich, The Seasons is located on the same campus as Saint Elizabeth Home and the GREEN HOUSE Homes. The two homes already have a strong relationship, sharing the same mission to deliver quality, compassionate care to elder Rhode Islanders,” said the companies in the announcement.

“The Seasons and Saint Elizabeth Home have worked closely on the same campus for many years, so it feels like a natural fit to have them join our community,” said Saint Elizabeth Community President and CEO Matt Trimble. “We look forward to welcoming The Seasons’ residents, family members and staff. Together, we will continue to provide a home for our elders where they’re treated like family.”

Once combined, they will serve 3,000 individuals with the support of over 600 employees.  The announcement claims, a seamless transition is planned so that residents of The Seasons continue to receive the quality care and services to which they are accustomed.

“We’re excited about our partnership with Saint Elizabeth Community. They are a well-respected organization that shares our commitment to serving the elders in our care. Our values and missions align closely, focusing on dignity and respect for our residents. This collaboration offers us great opportunities to enhance our services and strengthen our impact in the assisted living community,” said Haigouhi Corriveau, who will continue as Executive Director of The Seasons.

Saint Elizabeth Community will now offer two options for assisted living: the residence in Providence that has been providing affordable, and The Seasons in East Greenwich.
