Police are reporting that approximately 50 people are dead after a gunman opened fire at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida early Sunday morning.

The shooter, armed with an assault rifle, was eventually shot and killed by police.

As of Sunday morning, the FBI is not ruling this out as an act of domestic terrorism.
