NEW: Congressman Cicilline's Brother Busted for DUI

John Cicilline, the older brother of Congressman David Cicilline, was arrested on DUI charges in Bristol late Thursday evening, multiple news outlets are reporting.

The 55-year old was released on $1,000 bail.

John Cicilline has long caused headaches for his brother. He spent 18 months in federal prison and while his brother was serving as Mayor of Providence, made headlines after cutting a bad $75,000 check to pay a tax bill to the city.
