Raimondo Administration Changes RI Coronavirus Quarantine Policy From 14 to 24 Days
“What people you live with need to do if you test positive: everyone you live with needs to stay home too,” said RIDOH on Monday “People you live with cannot go to work or school while you are infected (10 days) and for an additional 14 days."

The directive comes as Rhode Island hospitalizations on Tuesday rose to 177 — the highest in four months — with two additional COVID-related fatalities.
Latest Numbers
On Tuesday, Rhode Island reported 344 new coronavirus cases on just over 9,000 tests on Monday.
Removing asymptomatic tests, however, Rhode Island conducted just 6486 tests — and of the 344 cases, only 3 were from colleges.
Rhode Island continues to be the only state on the East Coast — from Florida to Maine — in the “active or imminent outbreak” category on COVID Act Now.
