Pizza Delivery Driver Robbed at Knifepoint by Juveniles in Providence

A delivery driver reportedly was robbed at knifepoint in Providence overnight. 

About Incident 

Police were called shortly after midnight on Saturday to General Street - between Admiral Street and Douglas Avenue - for a report of a robbery.

The male victim said he had been in his vehicle to drop off pizzas, when two juvenile males approached him.

According to police, the victim said one of the juveniles took out a knife and threatened to stab him unless he handed over the pizzas. 

The suspects then fled the scene with the pizzas.

The victim told police the value of the pizza was approximately $46.
