Police Seek Help in Identifying Suspect Involved in Hit & Run in Providence

The Providence Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect responsible for a recent hit and run that took place in the area of Eddy Street.

According to police, the suspect vehicle is described as a dark sedan resembling a BMW with an unknown registration.

The Incident

According to police, the incident took place on September 2 at approximately 2 a.m. in the area of 93 Eddy Street.

The suspect vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a person on a skateboard.

According to police, the victim suffered extensive injuries and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment.
