Providence Police Investigating Stabbing in West End Overnight

Shortly after 11 PM on Tuesday, police responded to the Messer Street fire station in the West End for a report of a stabbing victim.

The victim was transported to Rhode Island Hospital.
A witness told police he saw the stabbing take place at Conlan Memorial Park.
Police canvassed the scene where they located blood on the ground.
Detectives are currently investigating.
