Realtor Involved in $4.5M Sale of Barrington Estate Charged with Larceny

The sale was the highest price in Barrington since 2014.
The sale of the house was announced in early May and just days later, LeRoux was charged with felony larceny after a complaint was filed by her real estate clients — the sellers of the home.

According to real estate records, the home was owned by David Goulding.
Specifically, the reported larceny took place on May 5, and Leroux was arraigned on June 1 according to Rhode Island court records.
LeRoux next faces a pre-arraignment conference on September 8.
LeRoux’s attorney Kevin Salvaggio declined to provide comment regarding the charges.

According to the announcement of the sale of the property, it is one of the most impressive properties in Rhode Island's most affluent community and it was built by one of Rhode Island's most noted professional athletes.

The home is located in close proximity to Rhode Island Country Club, local marinas, and the Barrington Yacht club,” according to the description of the property.
