Rep. Lancia Outraged Following Release of Serial Child Molester

A GoLocal review found that Cranston has the most child molesters per capita -- See Slides Below
“I was appalled to learn that Dana Waters, a serial child molester, deemed a Level 3 sex offender, which is considered a ‘high-risk offender’ by the Rhode Island Sex Offender Board of Review, was released from prison last week, and has now registered as a sex offender in the city of Cranston and will now be living at Harrington Hall on Howard Avenue. There are three elementary schools within a short distance of Harrington Hall, and this is a dangerous situation for residents of Cranston,” said Lancia.
He added, “There are approximately eighty residents at Harrington Hall, and about thirty-five of them are sex offenders, which is beyond high risk for Cranston residents, especially our vulnerable children.”
