RIDOH said on July 13, it conducted a “Health Environment Inspection” at the medical practice located at 400 Pawtucket Avenue — and found “respondent never closed during the present pandemic.”
RIDOH noted two of the three employees present during the inspection were not wearing face coverings — and that “physical distancing was observed to be impossible” by the inspector.
In addition, RIDOH’s inspector noted the office failed to have a coronavirus plan in place as required by the state, and that it was apparent “the establishment was not cleaned once per day” as required, and had magazines available — “effectively preventing cleaning in accordance with safe regulations.”
RIDOH ordered that respondent was to be “immediately closed” until violations were remedied. Read more here.
Georgia’s Family Restaurant
RIDOH in its report said that on July 15, in the course of an inspection of the Central Falls restaurant, it found that “the waitress and cooks are not wearing masks and that the establishment is not requesting customer information or using disposable menus.”
RIDOH issued the orders of immediate closure until violations were “remedied to the satisfaction of the Director of RIDOH.”
