Skeffington Breaks Promise to Disclose What He Was Paid on McCoy Bonds

Pawtucket Red Sox President Jim Skeffington has failed to deliver on a promise to provide GoLocalProv with information regarding his role as an attorney in the bond financing and refinancing of McCoy stadium, which Rhode Island taxpayers have paid tens of millions of dollars to rehab.

At a previous press briefing held by the PawSox, Skeffington told GoLocal that he did not have the details available to him then, but promised to  provide the information accordingly.

Repeatedly, GoLocal has followed up directly to Skeffington requesting the amount his law firm earned in state funds working on the the McCoy stadium financing and refinancing.  According to sources, the fees realized by Skeffington and his firm may be in the millions.
