Three Women Arrested Following Brawl at Providence Skating Center Concert

According to police, fighting started after two women had been escorted out of the “Day Trill” concert event at BankNewport City Center.

About Incident
Shortly before 8 PM on Saturday, police on detail at the "Day Trill" event said event security went to escort out two women due to what they said was their aggressive behavior.
Police said that the women told them they would leave.
After officers went back to their post, police said the women — later identified as Cathrea Ou, age 25 and Vickika Ou, age 30 — attacked another female as she went to leave the event, with the fight spilling back into the concert.
Police said that the two perpetrators pulled the victim’s hair and punched her; police said during the fighting, another female — Kelsey Dagraca, age 23, began fighting with another woman who police have not identified.
According to police, Dagraca kicked an officer while resisting arrest.
Arrests
Police said the following were the arrests and charges that stemmed from the incident.
Chathrea Ou was transported to central station and escorted to the female detention facility to be turnover to the Detective Bureau. Chathrea Ou would also be held for 6th District Court charged by the Uniform Division for Resisting Arrest.
Vickika Ou was transported to central station and escorted to the female detention facility charged by the Uniform Division for Obstructing Officers in the arrest of Chathrea and Disorderly Conduct.
Dagraca was transported to central station and escorted to the female detention facility charged by the Uniform Division for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
