This was not the only major development in the probe into the associates of the convicted pedophile.

President Donald Trump had campaigned in 2024, claiming he would release the files. Then, once elected, he refused to release the files and called the episode a "Democratic hoax." This weekend, Trump flipped again.

"For five administrations, survivors of Jeffrey Epstein have been left in the dark, waiting for answers and accountability. After three decades, it’s finally time to bring the secrets out of the shadows. We are demanding the release of ALL the Epstein files. The time is now! Call your member of Congress and tell them to VOTE YES on the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Take action at worldwithoutexploitation.org," states the victims.

Epstein Files — Former U.S. Treasury Secretary

It was just three weeks ago that Larry Summers, the former President of Harvard, hosted former Rhode Island Governor and Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo at the Kennedy School at Harvard.

Summers is now “stepping away” from his role as Director of the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at Harvard due to the unveiling of emails between Summers and Epstein.

Those emails showed an ongoing “bromance” between the two years after Epstein was a convicted sex offender.

Summers, a former United States Secretary of the Treasury, is also out of other high-profile positions.

“I am deeply ashamed of my actions and recognize the pain they have caused. I take full responsibility for my misguided decision to continue communicating with Mr. Epstein,” Summers said on Monday. He said stepping back from public commitments was “one part of my broader effort to rebuild trust and repair relationships with the people closest to me.”
