Attorney General Pam Bondi - played by Amy Poehler - “returned” to the Senate Judiciary Committee on Saturday Night Live this week, and “faced off” against committee member Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) once again.
In the cold opening Saturday night, Whitehouse asked Bondi, “Did the FBI find photos of President Trump with half-naked young women when they raided Epstein’s property?”
“Sir, I’m not even going to dignify that question with a lie,” Bondi responded.

In real life - Whitehouse did call out Bondi for lying this week.
Regarding the actual hearing, Whitehouse said they were “an awful day in the history of this committee…it set new low, after new low, after new low.”
“[Bondi] made allegations about the ranking member and me having received political contributions from some, she said, Epstein close confidante," said Whitehouse. "And guess what - that’s actually checkable. There’s a thing called the Federal Election Commission. The Federal Election Commission has a website that tracks all of our contributions."
"An intern at the Department of Justice could have checked to see that the allegation…that I had received campaign contributions from this indvidual...that was false," Whitehouse continued. "And it’s not a 'maybe' answer. There’s an unimpeachable record that shows that what she said sitting right there was not true."
