Teamsters Endorse Bucci in Cranston Mayor's Race
"Maria Bucci’s background and experience demonstrate her commitment to the needs of Cranston’s working families," said Matt Taibi, Secretary-Treasurer and Principal Officer of Local 251.

Teamsters to Help GOTV
The Teamsters said the plan to help "get out the vote" for Bucci, with "hundreds of Local 251 union households in Cranston.
“Teamsters Local 251 represents city employees as well as workers who work for Cranston-based businesses. We encourage our members and their families to go out and vote for Maria in the General Election. This election is so important to Cranston," said Taibi.
Bucci has also been endorsed for Mayor of Cranston by the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), Local 328; leading environmental advocacy organization, Clean Water Action; and leading women’s rights organizations, the National Organization for Women - Rhode Island Chapter, and the Rhode Island Democratic Women’s Caucus.
