RI NOW Announces Endorsement of 36 Candidates

Teresa Tanzi is among RI NOW's endorsements
The Rhode Island Chapter of the National Organization for Women (RI NOW) has announced the endorsement of 36 candidates in the 2018 election cycle.

“The RI NOW PAC believes that this slate of candidates will work effectively both individually and together to achieve RI NOW’s five primary goals: 1) advance reproductive freedom; 2) promote economic justice; 3) end violence against women in all forms; 4) secure LGBTQ rights, and 5) end racism,” said RI NOW in their press release.

RI NOW will host an open house for the endorsed candidates in Providence on Sunday, August 26 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The organization will issue a second round of endorsements after the Primary in September.
