Lawless said that Biden is the President-elect “according to everybody except Donald Trump -- and people in the Senate who are petrified by the possibility that Trump could still hurt them electorally.”

"Connecting him with other heads of state — I mean, he’s heard from several but my understanding is they contacted him directly — it’s not going through the State Department, which is the way it needs to go."
"Not to mention the fact there are potentials for national security and intelligence risks simply because this administration is unwilling to work with the transition," she added.
"Listen, by all math, [Trump’s] lost the race and Joe Biden is the President-elect — there’s no two ways about it," said Lawless. "There’s no reversal of fortune, there’s no widespread corruption."
“I did not think that [Trump] would be a gracious loser but I did think he would walk away with his tail between his legs," she said.
