Brown Men's Basketball Gets First D-I Win of the Season

Brown University men’s basketball got its first Division I win of the season on Saturday with a 93-83 in overtime win over the University of Missouri - Kansas City in the Bahamas.

 

Brown previously was 0-5 in games against D-1 teams, but had beaten D-III Rhode Island College a D-3 team, early in the season.

Brown was led by, of course, by Kino Lilly, Jr. with 27 points.

 

The Bears also got 20 points from Alex Lesburt  — a bust-out game for the sophomore. He was 6 of 9 from the field and 4-7 from 3-point range. Overall, Brown was 7-15 from the 3-point line.
