NEW: Bryant Basketball Picked to Finish 3rd in NEC

Bryant received one first-place vote and are picked to finish behind Mount St. Mary's and Robert Morris. Mount St. Mary's received six of the ten first place votes while defending conference champion Robert Morris got three.
LIU Brooklyn and St. Francis Brooklyn round out the top five while Central Connecticut was picked to finish last.

Bryant went 12-6 in the NEC last season finishing in a tie for second overall with Robert Morris. The Bulldogs hosted an NEC Tournament game for the third straight year and earned the program's first postseason victory in Division I, beating Sacred Heart in double-OT.
Bryant has gone 34-18 in NEC play over the last three seasons.
Dan Garvin
Garvin is Bryant's leading returning scorer and rebounder. Last season, Garvin averaged 11 points and 8 rebounds per game for Bryant, finishing fourth in the league in rebounds.
Garvin also registered 48 blocked shots and six double-doubles on the season.
Season Begins
The Bulldogs open the season on Saturday, November 14th against the defending national champions, Duke Blue Devils.
