NEW: Moses Brown Swimmer Dazzles with Sportsmanship

Moses Brown senior and swimmer Cailin Murphy scoped out her opponents before her match. But rather than finding weaknesses to exploit for the sake of victory, she found a way to help and encourage.

Before Moses Brown's face-off against Lincoln School's swimming squad, Murphy noticed that Lincoln freshman Belle Buroker was trying to break six minutes in the 500 yard freestyle event. Murphy asked Moses Brown swim coach Ruffin Powell if she could occupy the lane next to Belle to pace her and help her reach her six-minute-goal.

Normally, Cailin could finish the 500 yard freestyle with a much faster time than six minutes, but she slowed down her stroke to pace Buroker. Buroker finished the event in 5:57.2 seconds.
