NY Post Reports Brady and Gisele May Be Having Marital Problems

The New York Post is reporting that Tom Brady’s unretirement from football may be causing damage to his marriage.

The Post writes, "There’s trouble in Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen paradise, multiple sources tell Page Six exclusively. The model has left their family compound in Tampa, Fla., for Costa Rica following a series of heated arguments over Brady’s shock decision to un-retire from the NFL, while he has remained behind for team training."

“Tom and Gisele are in a fight right now,” a source tells Page Six of the New York Post.

Recently, Brady left the Tampa Bay Buccaneers training camp for 11 days -- Brady and the team have yet to explain the absence.

"The news comes after the Buccaneers quarterback, 45, missed 11 days of training in August. When quizzed about his disappearance, the sports star said: 'It’s all personal … everyone’s got different situations they’re dealing with. We all have really unique challenges to our life. I’m 45 years old, man. There’s a lot of s–t going on.' Reps for both Brady and Bündchen, 42  — who share children Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 9, plus Jack, the athlete’s 15-year-old son with ex Bridget Moynahan — declined to comment," writes the Post.

The New York tabloid goes on to report, "A second source says, 'There’s been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids.'"

In May, Bündchen told British Vogue: “I don’t think relationships just happen; it’s never the fairy tale people want to believe it is. It takes work to be really in sync with someone, especially after you have kids,” she said, adding, “His focus is on his career, mine is mostly on the kids.”
