Two of Rhode Island’s top high school lacrosse powers faced off on Wednesday. Bishop Hendricken hosted St. George’s School in Warwick and dropped a 6-4 game.

St. George's plays in the Independent School League and Hendricken in the RI Interscholastic League.

It was the first game of the season for Hendricken. St. George’s had previously rolled over Middletown High School on March 27, 18-2.
