Gilbane Building Co. Gets Contract For New Veterans Home

This new home was approved by 77 percent of Rhode Island voters in 2012 and will cost $94 million and will meet the special healthcare needs of our Veterans with state-of-the art therapy programs, both physical and occupational. The new home will also consist of laboratory units, a pharmacy and community space.
"I am pleased that a local company will be in charge of greatly improving living and community spaces for our Veterans. I am pleased that we are doing all we can for those who served our country," said Governor Chafee about the new building.
