RI Free Clinic Offers Free Coronavirus Testing for the Uninsured

The Rhode Island Free Clinic located on 655 Broad Street is offering free coronavirus testing for any Rhode Islanders who are uninsured.

Testing: The state is bringing testing right into people’s neighborhoods. The agency says it is working closely with community health centers to bring testing where it’s most accessible for most people.  

Health Equity Zones: Rhode Island continuing to invest in our Health Equity Zones—which are already integrated into these communities.

Contact Tracing: RIDOH has developed a network of contact tracers and case investigators—the staff from the Department of Health who will work with individuals who test positive and to put all of the contacts into quarantine—are multilingual and representative of the communities.
