“On October 17, 2020, we received notification from the RI Department of Health (RIDOH) that an individual at Stadium has tested positive for COVID-19. While we must protect the privacy of the person involved, we believe it is best to communicate transparently with you so you can make well-informed decisions for your family.
We have determined that in this situation, it is necessary to temporarily close down our school effective immediately and will resume in-person learning on November 5, 2020.
Distance learning will take place at this time, and all who have been determined to be close contacts must still quarantine or isolated as directed by the RI Department of Health. Our school will be thoroughly cleaned in accordance with our regular COVID-19 procedures.
Every person who has been deemed a close contact of the COVID-19 person will receive a call from RIDOH with information and instructions about quarantine.
Even if you did have close contact with the person with COVID-19, you can get tested if you are concerned. You may call the PreK-12 Test Scheduling Services at 844-857-1814."
