The names of the others charged have not been released.

According to Pattis, Dulos is expected to be in court on Tuesday afternoon.

The Case

Jennifer Farber Dulos was reported missing back in May after dropping off her kids at school.

Dulos and his girlfriend Michelle Troconis were charged back in June with evidence tampering and hindering prosecution.

He was held on $500,000 bail, while Troconis was released after her parents helped her post bond.

As the Hartford Courant reported, Dulos’ visitation privileges with the kids have been revoked while the investigation continues.
