Providence Police are seeking Irvin Sanchez for the double child abduction that took place in the parking lot of Walmart in Providence on November 11, 2015.

Sanchez was last seen in a black Volkswagen Passat with a "Baby on Board" sticker on the rear window.

The two rear wheels of the vehicle are missing hubcaps and the two front rims are aftermarket.
