The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a heat advisory for parts of Rhode Island and southern New England, starting Sunday morning through Monday evening.

* WHERE...Portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, northeastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern Rhode Island.

 

* WHEN...From 7 AM Sunday to 8 PM EDT Monday.

 

* IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
