The graffiti on the building matched that of another recent incident downtown, say police.

Police said that the suspect ran off on foot and was apprehended by police on Fulton Street.

The suspect was identified as Lucy Carr, age 24; police said her boyfriend, Michael Caparelli, obstructed officers in the line of duty and was also arrested.

Police say Carr had an active bench warrant at the time of her arrest; she is now also facing charges of malicious injury to property.
