State Senator Joshua Miller has been arrested in Cranston, according to city officials.

Miller reportedly keyed a car in Garden City that had an anti-Biden bumper sticker on it.

First elected to the Senate in 2006, Miller is a Democrat who represents District 28 (Cranston and Providence).

It is not the first politically-charged altercation for Miller.

Previous Episode

In 2014, Miller was caught on video at the Rhode Island State House telling a Second Amendment supporter “go f—k yourself.”

He later apologized.

Cranston Police and Miller did not respond to request for comment at time of publication.
