Brady is set to lead the New England Patriots to their tenth Super Bowl appearance in franchise history, and eighth appearance during his 18-year career.

During the regular season, Brady led the Patriots to a 13-3 record with 32 touchdown passes and eight interceptions.

He completed 385 passes for 4,577 yards.

New England finished the season by winning another AFC Division Title and locking up the conference's number one seed.

Bad Omen?

The last player to win NFL MVP and the Super Bowl in the same season was Kurt Warner in 1999 with the Rams.

Last season, Atlanta's Matt Ryan was awarded league MVP, but lost the Super Bowl to the Patriots.

Brady was named MVP in 2007, but lost the Super Bowl to the New York Giants.

Brady and the Patriots will face the Eagles in Super Bowl 52 on Sunday, February 4 at 6:30 p.m.
