The New England Revolution are winless in their last 15 road games following Saturday night’s 1-0 loss to D.C. United.

The Revolution fall to 8-12-5 on the season and are in second to last place in the Eastern Conference.

D.C. United Win it in 2nd Half

D.C. United midfielder Luciano Acosta scored the game's only goal in the 71st minute, cleaning up a headed pass from Kofi Opare by burying it in the back of the net with a left-footed shot inside of the near post.

Revolution goaltender Cody Cropper made five saves in the game, tying his single-game MLS career high.

Next up

The Revolution return to action on Saturday, September 2 when they host Orlando City SC at Gillette Stadium.
