Revs Snap Scoreless Streak, Beat Colorado 2-0 at Gillette

The New England Revolution (7-12-9) defeated the (11-5-10) Colorado Rapids 2-0 on Saturday night at Gillette Stadium.

The Revs snap a streak in which they have been shut out in four straight games.

New England’s Juan Agudelo put the Revs on the board in the 12th minute off a pass from Gershon Koffie.

In the second half, Chris Tierney added to New England’s lead, roofing a shot into the top corner of the net.

The Revs return to action on Saturday, September 10 when they host New York City FC at Gillette Stadium.
