Par-3 17th

The 140 yard par-3 17th hole at the TPC Sawgrass is one of the most famous holes in all of golf.

The hole is an island green which has seen 598 balls lost in the water since 2003, 45 of which came from last year's tournament and 64 of which came from the 2008 tournament.

It is estimated that in general, 100,000 golf balls find the water every year.

Expect drama to lurk at this hole on Sunday, especially if there is wind.
