VIDEO: New Top Level Law Firm Launches in Prov - All Female Partners

A new law firm with all female partners has launched in Providence. 

Jennifer Cervenka, Rachelle Green, Diana Ducharme, and Patricia Antonelli have come together to form Cervenka Green Ducharme Antonelli (CGDA) with Emily Migliaccio as the firm’s first associate. 

The firm is located in The Foundry and opened for business in Spring of 2017.

The firm will serve the transactional, regulatory, and litigation needs of its business and individual clients, which are involved in a variety of industries.

Jennifer Cervenka 

Cervenka focuses her practice on environmental and land use law. She advises and represents clients in the following capacities:

  • Compliance with federal, state and local environmental and land use laws and regulations;
  • Application for environmental or development permits with state environmental agencies and local planning and zoning boards;  
  • Assistance with cleanup of and regulatory closure for contaminated properties;
  • Evaluation of environmental liabilities and management of risks associated with contaminated properties and as part of property transfers;
  • Defense of federal and state governmental enforcement actions with respect to air, water, and waste violations;
  • Prosecution and defense of private party cost-recovery actions; and
  • Prosecution and defense of contested administrative proceedings and related agency appeals.

Rachelle Green
Rachelle Green 

Green is an experienced litigator who has represented clients in courtrooms across the country, before administrative agencies, and in international and domestic arbitration forums to resolve an assortment of business disputes, including matters involving employment, trade secrets, contracts, shareholder disputes, intellectual property, technology, land use, and real estate.

Diana Ducharme 

Diana Ducharme
Ducharme’s practice is focused in the area of commercial real estate finance and development, representing a broad range of clients on a variety of projects.

Her real estate finance practice is focused on the representation of regional financial institutions in all aspects of commercial real estate finance, including construction and term lending, participations and syndications. 

Patricia Antonelli 

Patricia Antonelli
Antonelli focuses her practice representing creditors and financial institutions. She has extensive experience in collection actions, commercial and residential foreclosures, bankruptcies and receiverships.

She is certified as a Creditor's Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification. 

She has experience advising financial institutions on mortgage banking, lending and consumer compliance matters.

She represents clients with respect to licensing and regulatory compliance before the Rhode Island Division of Banking. 

Emily Migliaccio

Emily Migliaccio
Migliaccio concentrates her practice on environmental, health and safety, and land use matters. In the environmental realm, she leads clients through regulatory compliance, site remediation, transfers of contaminated properties, enforcement actions, and cost recovery actions.

With respect to workplace health and safety, Emily advises clients on requirements and obligations under applicable health and safety laws, and handles responses to OSHA inquiries.

She also handles zoning and permitting and contested land use matters. Outside of these particular practice areas, Emily handles and assists with a variety of commercial litigation and transactional matters for the firm.
