DESCRIPTION

This stunning 4-bedroom, 3.2-bath Mid-Century masterpiece has been reimagined for today's lifestyle with every amenity thoughtfully considered. The entry foyer unfolds into a grand reception room with soaring 15-ft. ceilings and a wall of glass sheathed in custom paneling that overlooks the garden. To the left is the family room with a tile fireplace, new built-in bar, and wood floors extending throughout the house. Sliding doors open out to a lovely deck. Down two steps is the kitchen featuring wood cabinetry, quartz counters, tile backsplash, a walk-in pantry, and professional-grade appliances. Custom paneling creates a cohesive design statement. A first-floor bedroom suite with a newly renovated full tile bath delights family or guests. The second level overlooks the reception room below as you make your way to the owner’s suite, offering a generous walk-in closet and a spa-like bath with a double vanity. The finished lower level adds more living space including a home office, rec room, and half bath. Equally close to Wayland Square and Hope Village, residents enjoy a fabulous array of shops, restaurants, and cafes with downtown nightlife minutes away.
