Third Deal in 2025
This is the third major development for RPL in recent weeks.
Just eight days ago, Island Realty, the long-standing Jamestown firm, announced it was joining RPL.
As of January 1, 2025, Mansions & Manors rolled into Residential Properties.
One distinction is that RPL is a woman-owned, family-run, local firm, and Compass is a national roll-up model.
