Michael Monty has been named Vice President and General Manager of Bally’s Twin River Casino in Lincoln and Bally’s Tiverton Casino, both located in Rhode Island. In that capacity, he will oversee all operations for the two casinos, hotel, and spa and supervise approximately 1900 employees. He most recently served in the same capacity at Bally’s Atlantic City Casino from 2020 – 2024.
Monty returns to Rhode Island having served as Bally’s Director of Corporate Finance from 2018 - 2020. Prior to that, he was employed by Post Road Group, a private equity and real estate firm based in Stamford, CT, and MGM Resorts International. He also served as a military officer in the United States Army from 2010 – 2015.
He received an MBA from Yale School of Management and completed his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy.
He and his wife reside in Franklin, Massachusetts.
