People’s Credit Union announces the promotion of Kyleen Driscoll to Head of Member Operations. Reporting to Cassandra Anderson, Head of the Middletown Branch. Ms. Driscoll will oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring an exceptional member experience. Her new responsibilities focus on team coaching and development while monitoring branch loan functions and overall operations.
“Kyleen has earned her position as Head of Member Operations after building a solid track record of serving our members with strong relationship-building, teamwork, and collaboration skills,” said Ms. Anderson. “By providing effective leadership, creating a positive work environment, and fostering a culture of trust, I know she will continue to advance the PCU tradition of excellent service for our members.”
Ms. Driscoll has spent her career at People’s Credit Union, most recently as a Member Service Representative, where she thrived at providing solutions to member requests. A Bristol, RI resident, she has a liberal arts degree from Massasoit Community College.
