Residential Properties Ltd. announced that sales associates Tony Lombari and Jo-Anne Feeney have joined the team of real estate experts at our South County office. "Now, we are happy to welcome two former Wakefield Compass agents to our team of trusted Realtors in South County," said Residential Properties.

Once part of Randall, Realtors before the acquisition by Compass nearly four years ago, Lombari and Feeney are now ready to continue serving clients with all of the additive support that RPL provides. Drawn to Residential Properties by its nimble practices, in-house marketing, training, education, and approachable management, these two agents will further enhance RPL’s position as a leader in South County.
“They say that buying and selling a home are in the top two or three of life's most stressful experiences,” Lombari noted. “That’s why I approach business with a knowledge and style designed to remove challenges and provide buyers and sellers top-to-bottom satisfaction. I’m so happy to be with Residential Properties now! There is a collaborative environment, genuine support and investment from management, plus dedicated teams in place to help you with everything from continuing ed and technology to marketing.”
“My philosophy is that your priorities are mine,” Feeney said. “I want clients to know that my knowledge and experience are ready to go to work for them. This transition to Residential Properties means I can now provide my clients greater resources, innovative tools, a network of nine local offices, and broader reach nationally and internationally.”
