Joining us from Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International, Christina was the Senior Associate on her previous sales team, where she played an integral part in closing a combined $100M in sales and earned prestigious accolades, including recognition among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide by RealTrends Verified and the Circle of Excellence 'Platinum Plus' Award.
“Today, with experiences working for and with a few brokers to my credit, I’ve been able to confirm what I already knew,” Rosciti said. “Residential Properties has the trust of clients and agents alike, which makes it truly stand out among the other agencies. As my business rapidly grew in the past few years, I always looked for new ways to make sure I’m delivering for my clients, and was recruited by some notable firms. I was open to what other companies claimed to offer, but to this day, I’ve seen no other brokerage come close to the client-focused practices that Residential Properties built its reputation on. They are constantly innovating and providing the tools agents need to stay at the forefront of marketing, technology, and other key areas of our industry.”
“We are thrilled to welcome Christina back to the Providence office,” RPL President & CEO Sally Lapides said. “It’s always heartening to see that the esteem the company has earned over the years continues to attract top talent seeking a supportive, collaborative environment. Change and evolution are a natural part of this business, but for more than four decades, my focus has been on staying true to the values that have guided Residential Properties from the beginning. That commitment to integrity and the belief that relationships are the most important part of our work is what allows us to continue growing while providing the exceptional service our clients expect and deserve.”
“Having known Christina both personally and professionally for years, I couldn’t be more excited to welcome her back to Residential Properties,” stated RPL’s Chief Strategy Officer Brandyn Brunelle. “Her kind and nurturing nature, paired with her extensive expertise in real estate, construction, and new development, along with her deep-rooted connections, make her an incredible asset to our company. Working with Christina is always a wonderful experience; she approaches every transaction with professionalism, grace, and a smile from start to finish.”
Looking ahead, Rosciti is reestablishing her brand alongside RPL with all the additive support the company provides.
“Needless to say, I’ve found that the grass is not always greener and want all my clients to know that without question this change will only enhance the services that I provide them,” Rosciti noted. “They will enjoy the same professional experience and the results they have trusted me to deliver. This is an exciting time, and I look forward to all the new possibilities that await at RPL.”
