State-Wide Multiple Listing Service, an information exchange and subsidiary of the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, has announced that Deb Schusterman of West Warwick will serve as President of the 7000-subscriber organization in 2025.
Deb is the owner, managing broker and trainer for BRIZO Real Estate Services in Warwick, R.I., a veteran-owned and -operated real estate brokerage. She has over 13 years of real estate experience and is licensed in Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, she moved to the Ocean State after spending 22 years in the United States Navy. She has served on the State-Wide Multiple Listing Service board since 2018.
Joining Schusterman as 2025 State-Wide MLS officers are President-Elect Joseph Luca of RE/MAX Preferred in North Providence, Rhode Island and Secretary/Treasurer Kevin Dumont of Better Living Real Estate in Pawtucket, Rhode Island.
Last year, Rhode Island Realtors transacted $5.7 billion in residential real estate sales and $5.9 billion in total sales and rentals including commercial transactions through State-Wide Multiple Listing Service.
