The closing price for the sale $2,150,000.

Trinity, founded by Josh Miller, a well-known club owner and former State Senator, is located next to the famed Trinity Reparatory Company and across the square from the Convention Center and the Amica Mutual Pavilion.

The property is Rhode Island’s oldest brew pub. Trinity has been a staple of the Rhode Island hospitality industry for decades.  The new owners plan on reopening later in the Fall after refurbishing the facility.
