JA Patty’s New “Tuck Shop” in Providence to Celebrate Grand Opening

Rhode Island eatery Ja Patty has announced it is celebrating the official grand opening of its "tuck shop" in Providence. 

The location at 1577 Westminster Street features a selection of its famous patties, rice bowls, and beverages inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the Caribbean. 

According to the restaurant, "This new venture aims to bring the warmth and spice of island life to the local community in a cozy and welcoming setting."

The official grand opening will take place on January 10 with a ribbon-cutting at 10 AM. 

The restaurant says there will be complimentary samples and special discounts, and the first 50 customers will receive a free patty.

“We’re excited to expand our offerings with the launch of the JA Patty Tuck Shop,” said Conroy Outar. “This shop is our way of bringing a piece of the Caribbean to our customers’ daily lives, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new home.”

The JA Patty Tuck Shop will be open Thursdays from 11 AM to 8 PM, Fridays and Saturdays from 11AM to 9PM, and Sundays and Mondays from 11 AM to 8 PM.
