About Latest Incident

Shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday morning, police who were assigned to detail duty at the Foxy Lady said they saw a large group of men fighting across the street in the parking lot.

Police, upon dispersing the crowd, then saw one of the men take an object from his waistband and put it on top of the tire of a vehicle and walk away.

According to police, they then grabbed the man from behind and wrestled him to the ground, and detained him for further investigation.

Police then observed it was a weapon placed on the tire and confiscated it; they reported that it had an obliterated serial number.

At that time, police said that due to the large number of unruly club patrons in the parking lot, they placed the male subject in the real of a police vehicle.

Police are currently investigating.
