In a August of 1961 the FBI outlined the value of Raymond Patriarca’s deceased mother’s estate. According to the FBI, the infamous house on a quiet street in the predominantly African-American neighborhood of Mount Hope had a value of $15,000 at the time.
Today, Zillow, the online real estate website estimates the value of the house at just over $360,000.
Its assessed value was $12,500 and the annual property tax was $421.16.
