The Boston Celtics tip-off their 2015-16 season tonight against the Philadelphia 76ers at TD Garden in Boston. Game time is set for 7:30 p.m.

The Celtics are coming off of a 2014-15 campaign in which they went 40-42 and got into the playoffs as a seven seed in the Eastern Conference. Boston proceeded to get swept by the eventual Eastern Conference champion Cleveland Cavalier's in the first round, but making the playoffs was a step forward.

This season, the Celtics come in having had a full training camp and now a full season with Isaiah Thomas as well as off-season acquisition David Lee to bolster the front line.

With Brad Stevens now in his third season, expectations are raised.
