Residential Properties Ltd. announces that Sales Associate Christine Holden has joined the roster of real estate experts at our South County office. She has been a licensed RI real estate agent since 2000 and licensed in Connecticut since 2022. Christine was a multi-million-dollar producer for over 20 years and a recipient of the Rhode Island Five-Star Agent Award since 2013. Once part of Randall, Realtors before the acquisition by Compass nearly four years ago, she is excited to enhance her client services through all of the additive capabilities and support of Residential Properties. 

 

Are you a Rhode Island native?

Yes! I grew up in Middletown on a multi-generational farm. After attending URI, I moved permanently to South County and have lived in Charlestown for 30 years. In my spare time, I run a flower farm on my family's historic farmland. Working with my dad, husband, and oldest son on the farm has been an experience for sure.

 

What do you love about RI / Southern New England?

I love Rhode Island's diverse landscapes, from the beautiful, pristine beaches of South County and Newport County to the great hiking trails in Hopkinton, Exeter, and West Greenwich. We also have cities such as Newport and Providence that are steeped in history. And to be so close to Boston and all New England sports teams – there’s just so much to appreciate about living here.

 

What is your non-work life like?

I live in Charlestown with my husband, where we raised our three kids. Our daughter just graduated from college and moved back home, while our youngest son is away at school. We also have two dogs, Finley & Willa, and our cat, Meowmeow.

In my spare time, when not gardening at the farm, I can be found paddleboarding with friends on one of the salt ponds or riding my bike with the Breachway Bikers, a group that I started in 2020. I also love spending time at the Green Hill Beach Club, where I've been a member for over 20 years.

Now that you’re with Residential Properties, what are you looking forward to?

I am very excited to be back in the folds of a family-owned, independent real estate company. I look forward to being a part of a culture with agents who understand the idiosyncrasies of our little state and enjoy working together with a collaborative spirit. I’m starting a new chapter in my career and taking my clients both old and new on this journey with me at Residential Properties.
