Italian Style Beans
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ teaspoon fresh Garlic, chopped
- ½ teaspoon Italian (flat) Parsley, chopped
- ½ tablespoon Parmesan Cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Sundried Tomatoes, julienne
- 2 tablespoons Red Onions, diced
- 5 tablespoons Sundried Tomatoe Dressing
Instructions:
- Drain and rinse Beans.
- Julliene Sundried Tomatoes
- Chop Onions
- Combine all ingredients. Add a Salt & Pepper to taste.
