Dispute Between Walmart Workers Leads to Shooting Death in Providence
As GoLocal first reported, one man had been shot and killed at the Walmart on Silver Spring Street in Providence overnight.

An altercation reportedly occurred between the two men prior to the shooting taking place shortly after 1 AM Saturday morning.
It is the city’s fifth homicide of the year.
Providence Police Detectives Major David Lapatin told GoLocal that a suspect is under arrest, and that the victim and the suspect had been contracted workers from out-of-state at the Providence Walmart.
